Meet Lifetime Big Stuff Adventure in two different color schemes. Now here is a good residential play set. When you first look at it you can see strength, sturdiness and a good paint job. The closest to commercial playground set that I’ve seen so far. The roof and slide are thick and strong. The Lifetime Playset puts a park-quality playground in your backyard. Spend your time playing with your kids rather than staining, painting, and pulling splinters out of their hands. The Lifetime playset is made of top quality materials that are welded and powder-coated to last for years. Durable and safe construction meets or exceeds all ASTM safety standards. Meets All ASTM and CSPC Performance and Safety Specifications. No lead based material
Climbing wall and barrier are nice and thick. The holes in wall are the right sizes for hands and feet. The bigger holes are perfect size to climb through and the height make the kids feel tall. Almost like their on top of the world. The rock like texture feels realistic
The swings, the sets look strong built good and will last a long time. The chains are made of good thick metal. I like how you can adjust the swings real fast and easy. the trapeze bar feel strong enough to handle even the older kids. Their is a propeller swing that three kids can swing at the same time and they love it. Now the rubberized coating is to me a great ideal. In the summer time the chains get super hot, they can leave marks on the hands. So the rubberized coating really helps!
The Ships Wheel, this is a great piece that will spark imagination in every kids mind. It will help with creativity to make the kids dream big and have fun.
These binoculars on the look out deck are another good imagination tool. Two or more kids can learn to combine stories and learn to work together to finish the story. To laugh and have fun to build a stronger bond between them.
This is a very well built climbing rope. It’s thick but not too thick that they can’t hold on, because if the rope is too thick the kids can’t wrap their hands fully around it and lose their grip. The rope is strong and will last for years.

When you buy a playground set and after you put it all together. Then it’s time to anchor everything down to keep it secure. (Extra movement is something you don’t need to keep things safe).
Now these anchors are strong, easy to work with and get the job done. To make sure everything stays safe and secure for years to come.

The next step is to lay down borders. You should give a 6 foot fall zone, that’s the standard fall zone for all playground equipment. The diagram above of the Recommended play area is a very good example of how to lay down the border. It should take about 30 borders to get the job done.

After you get all the borders set up. Then it’s time for felt and staples. Unroll in the longest direction to get more out of the roll of felt. Over lapping each time about 3 inches. Now the staples they get put in every 6 feet. So all together you would need 2 rolls of 5’X100′ landscape fabric. Two boxes of 50 staples then your ready for rubber.

Last but one of the most important things to do is rubber mulch. Yes you can use sand or wooden mulch. But the rubber beats them all on safety and I really like the blue. It will take 3 pallets to finish the job!
